Today, Melissa works as a People and Team Consultant and Workplace Coach, supporting organisations, leaders, and teams through individual coaching, team facilitation, and communication-focused workshops. Her work helps reduce stress, build self-awareness, strengthen communication and improve how individuals and teams work together.
DISC personality profiling sits at the foundation of her approach. It provides a practical, non-judgemental way for individuals and teams to understand differences, reduce friction, and build adaptability, both internally and with clients and customers.
